[Financial News] Lunit announced on the 16th that it held a side event and gave a presentation at the '15th Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Regional High-Level Meeting on Health and the Economy (APEC HLMHE) and the associated event 'World Bio Summit (WBS) 2025'. HLMHE was held at the Shilla Hotel in Seoul from the 15th to today, and WBS 2025 will be held on the 17th. 
The theme of this year's HLMHE, co-hosted by the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) and the Ministry of Health and Welfare, is 'Ensuring Health for All for a Sustainable Tomorrow'.
Lunit was selected as the only Korean company to host a side event and presented on the topic of 'AI-based Cancer Diagnosis and Precision Medicine'. They discussed the value and innovation potential of medical AI throughout the entire cycle from cancer diagnosis to treatment.
CEO Seobumseok, in his keynote speech, presented the path for global medical innovation through △public-private partnership models to promote innovation △actual application cases of national health programs △local customized development strategies and research outcomes.
WBS 2025 is co-hosted by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Ministry of Health and Welfare. CEO Seo will chair the opening ceremony and discuss the future vision of global health cooperation and medical AI with △the Secretary-General of the international drug purchasing organization Unitaid △the Assistant Secretary of the Australian Department of Health △the President of Johnson & Johnson North Asia.
CEO Seo said, "We will continue to strive to create public value through medical AI and contribute to solving the global challenges of conquering cancer and achieving health equity."
