[Financial News] The Small Business Market Promotion Corporation announced on the 16th that it held a budget performance award ceremony at the Daejeon headquarters on the 15th and awarded a total of 1.5 million won in performance bonuses.
The budget performance system is a system that awards performance bonuses to departments that contribute to increasing corporation income and reducing budget through improvements in budget execution methods or systems, and is operated to spread a culture of proactive administration.
This award ceremony received applications from August 18 to 25, and as a result of the deliberation committee's evaluation based on criteria such as impact, creativity, effort, and sustainability, two cases were selected.
The Safety Management Team was selected as the best team for converting individually leased multifunction devices into a headquarters-wide contract, saving approximately 44 million won. The Financial Informatization Team and Debt Management Team were selected as excellent teams for converting the method of sending debt notices from mail to electronic notification, saving approximately 50 million won.
Sojin Gong awarded 1 million won to the best team and 500,000 won to the excellent teams on this day.
