Receive Medium-Sized Enterprise Products with Coupang 'Rocket Delivery' from Home&Shopping

[Financial News] Excellent medium-sized enterprise products discovered by Home&Shopping have secured delivery competitiveness by meeting Coupang Rocket Delivery.
On the 16th, the Korea Federation of SMEs, Coupang, and Home&Shopping held a 'Logistics Cooperation Launch Ceremony for Expanding Sales Support for SMEs' at the Korea Federation of SMEs in Yeouido.
Attending the event were Kim Ki-moon, Chairman of the Korea Federation of SMEs, Park Dae-jun, CEO of Coupang, Moon Jae-soo, CEO of Home&Shopping, Kim Seok-won, General Chairman of the SME Excellent Product Recommendation Committee, and Han Byung-jun, Subcommittee Chairman of the SME Excellent Product Recommendation Committee, along with about 40 medium-sized enterprise representatives.
This launch ceremony was held to announce the start of the 'Rocket Delivery Logistics Network Support Project for Medium-Sized Enterprises Entering Home&Shopping', which was promoted as a follow-up measure to the 'Business Agreement for Strengthening Competitiveness and Expanding Sales Channels of Medium-Sized Enterprises' signed by the Korea Federation of SMEs, Coupang, and Home&Shopping in October last year.
As a result, excellent medium-sized enterprises entering Home&Shopping can now use Coupang's Rocket Delivery logistics network. Medium-sized enterprises can reduce logistics costs and secure delivery competitiveness, while Coupang can establish an excellent win-win cooperation model between large and medium-sized enterprises. Home&Shopping is expected to enhance customer satisfaction through fast delivery.
The pilot project will start this month. They plan to gradually expand participating medium-sized enterprises and target items from next year through performance analysis and listening to the opinions of medium-sized enterprises.
Kim Ki-moon, Chairman of the Korea Federation of SMEs, said, "Delivery speed and logistics efficiency in the online market are core competitiveness directly linked to the survival of enterprises," adding, "If fast delivery using Coupang's Rocket Delivery logistics network is applied to excellent medium-sized enterprise products discovered by Home&Shopping, the sales competitiveness of medium-sized enterprises is expected to increase significantly, and we will further strengthen cooperation with private platforms."
Park Dae-jun, CEO of Coupang, promised, "I am very pleased to have this logistics cooperation with the Korea Federation of SMEs and Home&Shopping," and "I will do my best to ensure that Coupang's innovative logistics capabilities can help improve the competitiveness and sales growth of medium-sized enterprises."
Moon Jae-soo, CEO of Home&Shopping, said, "Through this logistics cooperation, we expect to strengthen the logistics competitiveness of medium-sized enterprises and provide various delivery services that meet consumer needs."
The Korea Federation of SMEs and Coupang have been supporting the entry of about 300 small and medium-sized enterprises participating in the 'One-Stop' (SME Sales Support Program) project operated jointly by the Korea Federation of SMEs and Home&Shopping since 2022, through the 'Good Store' program supporting Coupang entry and inviting SMEs to visit Coupang logistics centers, among other win-win cooperation projects.
Home&Shopping has also been supporting various medium-sized enterprises by introducing excellent products of Korea Federation of SMEs Yellow Umbrella subscribers and providing discount benefits to purchasing customers.
