KRAFTON’s Survival Sim ‘Dinkum’ to Officially Launch on Nintendo Switch on November 6

[Financial News] KRAFTON announced on the 15th that its survival life simulation game ‘Dinkum’ will be released for Nintendo Switch on November 6.
The game was unveiled worldwide through Nintendo’s online showcase, ‘Nintendo Direct,’ held on the 12th, and was simultaneously announced at events in Japan, the United States, and Europe.
With this announcement, pre-orders for the digital download package of ‘Dinkum’ have begun on the Nintendo eShop.
Those who pre-order the Nintendo Switch version will receive a special ‘PUBG Costume Set’ for use in-game, along with a 10% discount during the pre-sale period.
A physical package for Nintendo Switch is also scheduled for release, with pre-orders starting on the 16th.
The Nintendo Switch version is set for global release on November 6. The pre-order period runs until 8:59 a.m. KST on November 6, and a demo will be available from the moment the eShop page opens.
‘Dinkum’ is a survival life simulation game developed by Australian solo developer James Bendon. Set on an island inspired by Australia’s unique flora and fauna, the game features exploration, crafting, animal husbandry, farming, gathering, and hunting, allowing players to personalize their own island and enjoy distinctive gameplay.
After five years of development, the game was released in Steam Early Access in July 2022. It transitioned to its official version (1.0) in April 2025 and has sold over 1.4 million copies as of August 2025.
The game has also maintained a ‘Very Positive’ rating on Steam, with 92% positive reviews, demonstrating high satisfaction among the global community.
