[Financial News] The KOSPI index is battling around the 3400 line on the 15th. The government decided to maintain the current major shareholder standard for stock transfer tax at 5 billion won, breaking through the 3400 line, but the rise is slowing.
This morning at 10:35, the KOSPI is trading at 3402.71, up 7.17p (0.21%) from the previous session. The index started at 3407.78, up 0.36% from the previous trading day, and rose to 3420.23. However, after turning down to 3391.33 (-0.12%) in the early session, it is expanding its rise again.
In the securities market, foreigners are net buying 243.4 billion won. Institutions and individuals are net selling 115 billion won and 109.4 billion won, respectively.
Among the top market cap stocks, Samsung Electronics is showing a 1% increase, trading at 76,500 won. On the other hand, SK Hynix is slightly declining, trading at 327,750 won.
At the same time, the KOSDAQ index is down 1.65p (0.19%) from the previous session to 845.43. In the KOSDAQ market, foreigners and institutions are net selling 129.4 billion won and 31.8 billion won, respectively, while individuals are net buying 183.1 billion won. Among the top market cap stocks, EcoPro BM (1.18) and EcoPro (2.24%) are both showing upward trends.
