Seoul Gwanak Police Station announced that they executed an arrest warrant for franchise owner A, who is suspected of murder, on the morning of the 10th.
A police official said, "The suspect, who had been receiving inpatient treatment at a hospital, was brought to the police station," adding, "We plan to apply for an arrest warrant after thoroughly investigating the circumstances of the crime."
A is accused of wielding a knife and killing a total of three people, including two interior contractors who accompanied an employee from the franchise headquarters, at his pizza shop in Jowon-dong, Gwanak-gu, Seoul, on the 3rd. After the crime, A attempted to take his own life and was seriously injured, receiving treatment at a hospital.
