[Financial News] JobKorea announced on the 8th that it has signed a business agreement with the Korea Future Population Institute to respond to changes in population structure such as low birth rates and aging population.
The signing ceremony was held on the 4th at JobKorea's headquarters in Seocho, Seoul, attended by Yun Hyun-jun, CEO of JobKorea, and Lee In-sil, Director of the Korea Future Population Institute. The purpose of this agreement is to enhance the balance of work and family life, create a sustainable employment environment, and strengthen corporate social responsibility to contribute to solving population issues and creating social value.
Through this agreement, both parties will promote various collaborative projects, including △ joint surveys and report publications related to population, employment, and companies △ joint research and additional data construction using JobKorea's data △ planning and promoting non-profit projects related to population △ operating campaigns targeting job seekers and corporate HR practitioners. They also plan to participate in policy events and campaigns hosted by JobKorea and the institute to spread research results and policy solutions throughout society.
CEO Yun Hyun-jun said, "This agreement is an important step in contributing to solving the national task of population structure change, beyond simply providing employment services," adding, "We will lead the creation of social value by utilizing data and platforms."
Director Lee In-sil added, "This collaboration with JobKorea will serve as an opportunity to find solutions that can be practically applied to the job market, beyond academic research."
