[Financial News] Hanwha Foretna brand apartments make their debut in Ulsan.
Hanwha Construction Division announced on the 3rd that it will supply 'Hanwha Foretna Ulsan Mugeo' in the area of 1422 Mugeo-dong, Nam-gu, Ulsan Metropolitan City this month. The complex will be developed and supplied on the site of Hanwha Chemical Company housing.
Hanwha Foretna Ulsan Mugeo will be a large complex with 816 households, consisting of 8 buildings with 3 basement floors and 25 above-ground floors, and exclusive areas ranging from 84 to 166㎡. Hanwha Foretna Ulsan Mugeo is considered the most anticipated complex among the brand towns being developed in the Mugeo-dong area. This area is emerging as a new residential town due to the expected additional large-scale brand town supplies, including the already supplied Samho Reconstruction and the upcoming Mugeo Samho District.
