 When Chairman Kim, who appeared on the multilateral diplomatic stage for the first time, was greeted by high-ranking Chinese officials such as Foreign Minister Wang Yi at Beijing Station on the 2nd, Kim Ju-ae was right behind Chairman Kim. This is tantamount to declaring Kim Ju-ae as North Korea's second-in-command to the outside world.
Accordingly, it is expected that Kim Ju-ae's 4th generation hereditary succession will be formalized at the North Korean Party Congress in January next year. However, it is expected to take another 7-8 years for Kim Ju-ae, who is only 12 years old, to receive an official title.
Yang Moo-jin, a professor at the University of North Korean Studies, evaluated, "As the last process of the successor appointment gateway, she accompanied the Victory Day event of a brother country for the last time and made her debut to the brother country."
Furthermore, Professor Yang predicted that the confirmation of the successor appointment is expected at the 9th Party Congress in January next year. Im Eul-chul, a professor at the Institute for Far Eastern Studies at Kyungnam University, evaluated, "Chairman Kim intends to present Kim Ju-ae as a future leader not only to Xi Jinping of China but also to the leadership of Vladimir Putin of Russia," adding, "It is a ploy to convey the message to recognize the 4th generation hereditary succession of the North Korean regime."
