KOSPI opened at 3155.73, up 12.80 points (0.41%) from the previous trading day (3142.93) on the morning of the 2nd, as shown on the electronic board of Hana Bank dealing room in Jung-gu, Seoul. The KOSDAQ index started trading at 789.35, up 4.35 points (0.55%) from the previous trading day (785.00). [Financial News] KOSPI is on the rise on the 2nd due to strong foreign buying.
As of 10:51 a.m. today, KOSPI is trading at 3165.96, up 24.03p (0.76%) from the previous trading day.
KOSPI started at 3155.73, up 2.80p (0.41%) from the previous trading day.
In the domestic stock market, while individuals and institutions are selling 114.2 billion won and 22.1 billion won worth of stocks respectively, foreigners are buying 106.3 billion won worth.
Among the top 14 stocks by market capitalization, except for Hyundai Motor (-0.68%), LG Energy Solution (-0.57%), and Kia (-0.19%), all are on the rise. Hanwha Ocean (5.24%), Naver (4.87%), Samsung Electronics (2.22%), and SK Hynix (1.76%) are rising in that order.
The KOSDAQ index is trading at 788.61, up 3.61p (0.46%) from the previous trading day. The index started trading at 789.35, up 4.35p (0.55%) from the previous trading day.
