[Financial News] Amorepacific's derma cosmetic brand AESTURA announced on the 28th that it presented its sensitive skin research results at the '2025 PCHi (Personal Care and Homecare Ingredients)' held in Shanghai, China.
PCHi is the world's largest personal care and homecare ingredient exhibition held in China, where global companies and research institutions share the latest technologies and achievements.
This presentation was led by Dr. Yuan Chao, a new member of the Young Scientist Committee (YSC) of the Amorepacific China Research Institute and Chief Physician of Shanghai Dermatology Hospital.
Professor Chao introduced the development process and application cases of AESTURA's core capsule technology, Dermaon Ceramide Capsule, under the theme of 'Third-Generation Ceramide-Based Sensitive Skin Barrier Recovery Solution'. The research team identified metabolic differences between sensitive and non-sensitive skin, completing a capsule technology specialized for sensitive skin.
The Dermaon Ceramide Capsule is an advanced technology that reproduces the skin's lamellar structure, proving high stability and effects lasting more than 18 hours. Amorepacific applied this technology to AESTURA Atobarrier365 Cream, confirming improvements in skin barrier and long-lasting moisturizing effects. The product has won the Olive Young Awards for five consecutive years and held the top spot in the cream category last year.
