KB Financial, 'Rewriting Daehan is Alive' Campaign Video Released

[Financial News] KB Financial Group announced that it will release a promotional video for the 'Rewriting Daehan is Alive' national participation campaign to commemorate the 80th anniversary of Liberation Day on the 28th.
'Rewriting Daehan is Alive' is a reminder campaign of 'Daehan is Alive', which KB Kookmin Bank introduced in 2019 to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the March 1st Movement. This time, a national contest will be held to add new lyrics to the unreleased melody of 'Daehan is Alive' composed by music director Jung Jae-il. Through this, it is intended to convey the meaning of liberation and the message of hope that descendants will carry on.
The video was filmed at 'Simujang' in Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, where Han Yong-un spent his later years. Ambassador Seo Kyung-duk and singer-songwriter Lee Sang-soon participated. They retraced the footsteps of independence activists and promoted the meaning and purpose of the contest.
The lyrics contest submission period is until October 13th, and KB Financial, Professor Seo Kyung-duk, and Lee Sang-soon will participate in the judging. The best-selected work will be arranged and released as an official soundtrack along with a commemorative video on March 1st, '107th anniversary of Samiljeol', next year.
