According to the industry on the 27th, Daewoo E&C will open the model house of 'Eco Delta City Prugio Trepark' being developed in Block 11 of Busan Gangseo-gu Eco Delta City on the 29th and will start full-scale sales.
This apartment is a large complex with 1,370 households in 13 buildings, ranging from 59 to 84㎡, with 2 basement floors and 24 above-ground floors. According to Daewoo E&C, the sale price is set at an average of 16.05 million KRW per 3.3㎡ due to the application of the price ceiling system. A fixed amount of 5 million KRW is applied as the first down payment out of the 5% contract deposit. Applications are scheduled for September 1st for special supply and the 2nd for the first priority.
Eco Delta City Prugio Trepark is characterized by being developed in Busan Eco Delta City, which is emerging as a new residential area in the western Busan area. Eco Delta City is the largest smart city national pilot city in Korea, and when the entire project is completed, it will accommodate about 76,000 people and about 30,000 households.
Nearby are large industrial complexes such as the Noksan National Industrial Complex and the Busan New Port Hinterland International Industrial Logistics City.
