[Financial News] Visang Education announced on the 27th that it has signed a contract to exclusively supply the English learning program 'Challenge' to Egypt for five years. With this, Visang Education has achieved its third overseas export success this year, following Paraguay and seven countries in the Asia-Pacific region.
Challenge is an experiential English learning program based on Mixed Reality (MR) and Augmented Reality (AR). It is characterized by its ability to run even in low-spec IT environments. Students can develop vocabulary and communication skills through physical activities instead of simple memorization, and the results of the pilot program conducted in Paraguay have been verified in a research paper.
This contract was signed with the education solution company 'Smartistics', which has its headquarters in the UK and operates a branch in Egypt. Visang Education plans to distribute Challenge to private kindergartens in Egypt in cooperation with Smartistics and expand its supply chain to the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region.
According to the market research firm ReportLinker, the MEA EdTech market is expected to grow to a scale of 7.6 billion dollars by 2027.
Mohamed Abdelgani, CEO of Smartistics, said, "Challenge will be very effective in enhancing basic vocabulary and communication skills, which are emphasized in the Egyptian educational field," and "We will continue a long-term partnership with Visang Education."
No Joong-il, CEO of Visang Education Global Company, said, "North Africa and the Middle East are markets with a massive school-age population of 250 million," and "We will respond to market demand with a variety of product lines, from low-spec solutions like Challenge to the global EdTech platform AllviaCL."
Visang Education plans to hold its first roadshow in the Middle East next month and is also seeking to discover new partners.
