[Financial News] The part-time job market is gaining momentum as the summer peak season arrives. The part-time job platform Albamon announced on the 26th that the number of applicants and job postings in the 'Summer Part-time Job Recruitment Center' has increased significantly compared to last year.
Albamon's Summer Part-time Job Recruitment Center, opened last June, attracted job seekers' attention by gathering seasonal limited job postings such as water parks, dessert shops, and resorts. The number of applicants increased by 157% compared to the previous year during the month the recruitment center was open, and the number of live postings also increased by nearly 30% to over 80,000.
Albamon analyzed that despite the recruitment recession, the increase in job seekers has activated part-time job recruitment. It is also interpreted that the recent government policy to revitalize the small business economy, which increased private consumption, has influenced the expansion of recruitment.
The job seeker-friendly service overhaul also received positive responses. Albamon partnered with the mobile financial platform Toss to link recruitment center postings, and revamped features such as recommendations, part-time job reviews, and safety campaigns to enhance reliability.
Additionally, the 'Summer Part-time Job Festa' event, jointly conducted with Job Korea, attracted attention with a total of 460,000 cumulative views and over 80,000 participants.
Albamon plans to continue expanding the operation of seasonal recruitment centers targeting the MZ generation and to enhance AI-based recommendation and matching functions to improve convenience for both job seekers and hiring companies.
An Albamon representative stated, "We are providing quality recruitment information in line with the rapidly changing part-time job environment," and added, "We aim to be a platform that offers beneficial experiences to both job seekers and part-timers."
