'LG CNS, AI Business Innovation' CEO Hyun Shin-gyun "Company Growth Depends on AI Utilization.. Productivity Efficiency"

[Financial News] LG CNS is unveiling platforms and services that enhance corporate work productivity through artificial intelligence (AI) and aims to improve work efficiency. It is expected to improve work productivity by up to 26% and save 10 billion won annually. The goal is to increase work productivity by more than 30% within the next three years. 
On the 25th, LG CNS held 'AX Media Day' at the Convergence Hall of LG Science Park in Magok, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, and unveiled the enterprise Agentic AI platform 'AgenticWorks' and the business innovation service 'a:xink'. These services are planned to be expanded to all LG affiliates and will be applied to other companies starting in the second half of the year, with plans to expand globally in the future.
CEO Hyun Shin-gyun of LG CNS stated, "The growth of companies depends on how well they utilize rapidly changing AI," and "We aim to contribute to the economy of our country and the world by launching platforms and services that can be applied to each company's work processes most easily and quickly."
To this end, LG CNS plans to secure 1,000 core talents centered on AX capabilities and engage in joint research and development (R&D) with global AI companies to enhance the AX realization system for customers. 
In fact, the 'AgenticWorks' unveiled on this day is the only six-module full-stack platform in Korea that supports the entire cycle of design, construction, operation, and management of Agentic AI services. AgenticWorks was built based on the technology cooperation with the global AI leading company Cohere and LG CNS's 'DAP GenAI platform', which has been verified for its technical capability and security by being preemptively introduced in the financial and public AX business. Various high-performance AI models such as the inference LLM (Large Language Model) jointly developed by ExaOne, LG CNS, and Cohere can be utilized, and companies can choose and use only the functions they need. When developing and applying HR-specialized Agentic AI services, it can automatically analyze tens of thousands of self-introduction letters and aptitude test data submitted to the HR system during large-scale recruitment, improving work productivity by about 26%. Also, security has been enhanced by embedding the proprietary AI security solution 'SecuExpert AI' into the platform. LG CNS plans to provide this platform sequentially to overseas markets starting from Korea.
In addition, LG CNS introduced 'a:xink', which integrates the most domestic seven types of business innovation functions for common employee work innovation. a:xink is a service that instantly converts and utilizes common employee tasks such as schedules, meetings, emails, and translations into Agentic AI. a:xink is expected to be provided by being embedded in the AgenticWorks platform. a:xink is being gradually applied to LG Display, and LG Display has improved daily work productivity by about 10% compared to before through a:xink. It has achieved a cost-saving effect of more than 10 billion won annually compared to the introduction of similar external services. The goal is to improve work productivity by more than 30% within the next three years.
CEO Hyun stated, "Agentic AI is very important in that it can completely change the way companies work," and "Many companies, including LG CNS, will create meaningful Agentic AI services, and through their mutual relationships, they aim to contribute to the overall industrial governance system with their services."
