According to Seoul Metro and others, about 10 activists from the National Solidarity for the Elimination of Discrimination against Persons with Disabilities (Jeonjangyeon) held a boarding protest at Bulgwang Station on Seoul Subway Line 3 from around 7:30 AM on the 25th.
It was confirmed that train operations in the direction of Nokbeon Station were delayed by about 14 minutes due to the standoff between Jeonjangyeon activists and construction workers.
The corporation later forcibly evicted the activists who held a boarding protest at Doknipmun Station, four stops away, around 8:40 AM.
Meanwhile, Jeonjangyeon has been holding subway commute protests since the 18th, urging for the guarantee of budget rights for people with disabilities.
