In Seoul, Pojeong Hangang (128 units) located in Gwangjang-dong, Gwangjin-gu, will begin occupancy. It is a high-end residential complex with all units having a view of the Han River, which drew attention for its high sale price at the time of sale. In Gyeonggi, occupancy is mainly in the southern region. Pyeongtaek has the most with 2,621 units, followed by Siheung with 1,297 units, Anseong with 474 units, and Paju with 300 units. Kim Min-young, manager of Zigbang Big Data Lab, said, "The supply reduction trend is expected to continue in October, but this is seen as a temporary adjustment rather than a long-term reduction trend," adding, "In fact, large-scale occupancy of more than 20,000 units is scheduled for both November and December, so supply is expected to expand again."
