Yanolja Cloud Achieves 10-Fold Growth in Global Transaction Volume in 2 Years… Overseas Share 91%

[Financial News] Yanolja's enterprise solution division, Yanolja Cloud, surpassed a global transaction volume of 13.8 trillion won in the first half of this year. This figure represents a growth of about 10 times in just two years compared to 1.3 trillion won in the first half of 2023.
According to Yanolja Cloud on the 21st, overseas transactions accounted for 91%, with notable achievements by region. The Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region increased by 96% year-on-year, reaching 6.4 trillion won, while the North America and Latin America (NA/LATAM) region grew by 105%, surpassing 4.2 trillion won. The Asia region, excluding Korea, also expanded by about 129% year-on-year to 2 trillion won, demonstrating balanced growth across all global regions.
Financial performance also improved significantly. Revenue expanded from 59.3 billion won in the first half of 2023 to 158.8 billion won this year, nearly 2.7 times, and adjusted EBITDA turned from -8.8 billion won two years ago to 38.8 billion won, improving by 47.6 billion won. The adjusted EBITDA margin was 24.4%, indicating a shift towards a profitability-focused structure beyond mere scale expansion.
The core of this high growth lies in the portfolio shift centered on Data and SaaS businesses. Yanolja Cloud's AI-based data and hospitality solution (Data/SaaS) business revenue grew by 92% year-on-year, with the Data/SaaS revenue share reaching 27% in the first half of this year. The adjusted EBITDA share also expanded to 35%, establishing itself as a key driver of high profitability.
Yanolja Cloud plans to continue strengthening its AI data capabilities to enhance Data/SaaS technology as a global travel tech leader and further expand its global enterprise customer base to accelerate growth.
