144 Youth Teams Participate... 10 Finalist Teams Awarded, Discovering Innovations Combining Logistics and ESG
[Financial News] LX Pantos announced on the 20th that it held the finals and award ceremony of the 'LX Pantos NEXT ESG' contest at its headquarters in Jongno-gu, Seoul, on the 19th.
This contest was held for five months starting from April to discover innovative ideas combining logistics and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), and to provide young people with opportunities for challenge and growth. From the preliminary round, 144 teams submitted proposals, attracting high interest.
The teams that advanced to the finals received mentoring from LX Pantos experts and refined their ideas over six weeks. In the final presentation held on this day, 10 teams were selected, and the grand prize went to the 'LX Pantos Farmcare' team, which proposed 'agricultural export logistics using smart farm containers.' The grand prize-winning team was awarded a prize of 5 million won.
Yongho Lee, CEO of LX Pantos, said, "This contest was a meaningful event that explored new possibilities for ESG in the logistics field through young and innovative ideas," and added, "We will actively support young people's ideas to lead to social value in the future."
