[Financial News] Doohands, which operates the fulfillment service 'Poomgo', announced on the 20th that it will provide '7-day delivery' and '24-hour order deadline' services to brands operating their own malls based on I'mweb.
Recently, the trend of brands reducing their dependence on external platforms and strengthening direct-to-consumer (D2C) strategies by operating their own malls is becoming clear. I'mweb provides all-in-one functions such as operation and marketing to easily build and grow own malls without complex development processes, and also supports external solution integration through the 'I'mweb App Store'.
Poomgo supports 7-day delivery, including weekends, for I'mweb-based own malls, and 24-hour order deadlines for orders received by midnight to be shipped in the early morning. Operators can automate the entire process from order collection to dispatch through the logistics automation IT solution 'Poomgo Now', and consumers can experience fast delivery at the level of large e-commerce platforms. The function of printing the brand logo on the invoice is also provided, which is expected to enhance the brand image.
Poomgo has been operating the 24-hour order deadline stably since 2021. Starting this year, it has been providing 7-day delivery in Korea and Japan. It has accumulated expertise in own mall delivery experiences such as 'Magic Delivery' of Manyo Factory and 'HwaHae Delivery' of Hwahae, and recently joined as a partner of eBay Fulfillment Alliance (EFA) of Qoo10 Japan, supporting Qoo10 Japan's fast delivery service 'Kandatsu'.
