Up to 100,000 Won Onnuri Gift Certificate Refund...20 Million Won Lottery Too

[Financial News] The Ministry of SMEs and Startups will provide up to 100,000 won in Win-Win Payback per month if the monthly card spending from September to November this year increases compared to the same period last year. To this end, 1.37 trillion won confirmed through the first supplementary budget this year will be invested.
The Ministry announced this Win-Win Payback implementation plan, which is based on this content, at the Korea Federation of Small and Medium Business in Yeouido, Seoul, on this day.
The payment will be made in digital Onnuri gift certificates. They can be used at approximately 130,000 digital Onnuri gift certificate affiliated stores such as traditional markets and shopping districts for five years from the date received. 
The credit and debit card spending, which serves as the basis for calculating the Win-Win Payback, targets the amount used domestically. Performance at medium-sized supermarkets and bakeries with annual sales exceeding 3 billion won is also included. However, performance at department stores, outlets, large marts, corporate supermarkets, large electronics stores, and franchise direct stores is excluded.
Card amounts used with livelihood recovery consumption coupons during this period are excluded from the payback consumption performance due to policy effect reduction and double support reasons. E-commerce card payment amounts such as shopping malls and delivery apps are also not included. Even if it is a small business store, card payments made through kiosks, table orders, etc., are excluded from the spending.
Applications can be made from September 15 to November 30 on the Win-Win Payback website. During the first week of application, a five-part system is applied based on the last digit of the birth year to prevent system overload and visitor congestion.
The Ministry will also implement a 'Win-Win Consumption Lottery' event to promote interest in Win-Win Payback and stimulate consumption. If you apply for payback on the website by October 12, you will be automatically entered.
The consumption lottery provides one ticket for every 50,000 won of accumulated card payment at recognized Win-Win Payback spending locations from September 1 to October 12, with a maximum of 10 tickets available.
The prize money will be paid in digital Onnuri gift certificates in November. A total of 10 billion won will be distributed to 2,025 winners, including 20 million won each for 10 first-place winners.
