The first case of applying life-oriented AI advanced technology to the reconstruction field, centered on the 'AI Home Agent' developed by group affiliate HDC Labs.
Residents can easily control major home functions such as lighting, heating, and security with just voice or touch using the 'AI Home Agent Wall Pad'. It also plans to serve as a virtual life assistant by allowing real-time access to life information such as weather, traffic, and complex notices.
When the wall pad is not in use, it transforms into an 'AI Smart Gallery'. It can display masterpieces or family photos like a digital frame and create various atmospheres with AI editing functions.
In addition, with an energy management system that learns residents' living patterns, it optimizes electricity and heating usage and reduces unnecessary waste. It automatically switches to power-saving mode when going out and adjusts heating to the appropriate temperature according to return time.
Safety and healthcare service functions are also provided, enabling real-time response linked with complex security control. If an abnormal situation occurs, AI immediately detects it and sends a warning, and functions to monitor health data such as heart rate and sleep state linked with wearable devices are also being promoted.
An HDC Hyundai Development representative said, "Through the Songpa Hanyang 2nd Phase reconstruction, we will experience a future residential complex where AI accompanies daily life," and added, "We will continue to lead the smart well-being life combined with AI and design."
