Double Winner in Space Design Category
[Financial News] Hyundai Construction won a total of 7 works at the 'K-Design Award 2025', considered one of the top three design awards in Asia.
Hyundai Construction announced on the 20th that 'Arcus' of Hillstate Hwanho Park and 'Triangle House' of Hillstate Sinyong The River were selected as 'Gold Winner' in the space design category at this award. Hyundai Construction is the only company to simultaneously achieve a double win in the space category among all participants this year.
The 'K-Design Award' is considered one of the top three design awards in Asia, along with Taiwan's 'Golden Pin Design Award' and Hong Kong's 'Design for Asia Award'. This year, only 35 out of 3000 entries from 23 countries were selected as Gold Winners.
The award-winning 'Arcus' is a two-story teahouse built in Hwanho Park, featuring an arch design that embodies curvature and stability. 'Triangle House' is a rest area located in the central park of Hillstate Sinyong The River complex, praised for enhancing landscape value through its triangular structure, open design, and lighting effects.
Additionally, 5 works including 'Jamitan', 'Atelier', 'Arte', 'Line Square', and 'House of DH' were listed as Winners, making a total of 7 works included in the award list.
Meanwhile, Hyundai Construction continues its award-winning streak at the world's top three design awards (IDEA, iF, Red Dot) and the U.S. 'Good Design Award'. A Hyundai Construction representative stated, "We aim to create a residential culture that ensures emotional and cultural satisfaction for residents with designs reflecting our brand philosophy."
