Samsung Electronics Unveils 'Odyssey G7' 37-inch and 40-inch at 'Gamescom 2025'.. Experience Space Provided

Samsung Electronics announced that it will participate in 'Gamescom 2025', the world's largest game show opening on the 20th (local time) in Cologne, Germany, and showcase new gaming monitor products. 
Gamescom is the world's largest game exhibition with about 1400 hardware, software, and game content producers participating. Samsung Electronics has prepared the largest exhibition hall ever with 1000㎡ and provides opportunities to experience various genres of games with gaming monitors such as 37-inch and 40-inch Odyssey G7, Odyssey 3D, and Odyssey OLED.
Samsung Electronics is introducing a new model of the Odyssey G7 (model name: G75F) with new sizes to expand its large gaming monitor lineup. △37-inch 4K UHD resolution (3840x2160), 16:9 aspect ratio △40-inch 5K2K WUHD resolution (5120x2160), 21:9 aspect ratio, totaling 2 types. The 40-inch Odyssey G7 is the first Samsung monitor to support 5K2K WUHD resolution.
The Odyssey G7 adopts a 1000R curvature to provide an immersive play experience and supports a high refresh rate of up to 180Hz (40-inch) and 165Hz (37-inch) and a fast response speed of 1ms (GTG standard) for high-spec games. It also received VESA Display HDR 600 certification and supports a maximum brightness of 350 nits, enabling excellent contrast and vivid color expression.
△'HDR10+ Gaming' providing optimal HDR quality even in game screens △'CoreSync' function that automatically recognizes screen colors and matches the lighting and colors on the back of the product △'Auto Source Switch Plus' that automatically recognizes and switches to the screen of the corresponding device when connecting IT devices to the monitor or turning on the power, etc., support the latest gaming features.
In addition, △HAS (height adjustment) △Tilt (up and down angle adjustment) △Swivel (left and right rotation) and other ergonomic designs are applied, and △AMD FreeSync Premium Pro △DisplayPort 1.4 (1 port) △HDMI 2.1 (2 ports) are supported, incorporating the latest gaming specs in abundance. The 37-inch and 40-inch Odyssey G7, launched starting in Korea this month, are scheduled for sequential global release in North America, Europe, etc.
Samsung Electronics is forming new partnerships with major game developers such as △Netmarble △Shift Up to expand 3D games available on the Odyssey 3D monitor and is conducting technical collaboration for 3D game implementation. Visitors to the Samsung Electronics booth can experience △Netmarble's upcoming release 'Mon Gil: STAR DIVE' △Shift Up's popular game 'Stellar Blade' in 3D mode. 
At major game company booths, visitors can also experience popular games with Samsung Electronics' 'Odyssey OLED' monitors. At the Blizzard and Pearl Abyss booths, you can find △500Hz ultra-high refresh rate Odyssey OLED G6 (model name: G60SF) △240Hz 4K resolution Odyssey OLED G8 (model name: G81SF), etc. 
Meanwhile, Samsung Electronics will hold a user experience event 'The World of #PlayGalaxy' at the Dock2 event hall in the center of Cologne, Germany, from the 22nd to the 23rd. In addition to the Odyssey 3D, it will present a vivid and immersive play experience through the Galaxy Z Fold7 and welcome gamers from around the world.
