Shinhan Bank Opens Ansan Foreign-Focused Branch

[Financial News] Shinhan Bank announced on the 19th that it has opened the 'Ansan Foreign-Focused Branch' in Wongok-dong, Danwon-gu, Ansan-si, Gyeonggi-do. 
'Ansan Foreign-Focused Branch' is a specialized branch established to meet the increasing foreign financial demand in the Ansan area, where foreign workers and multicultural families are concentrated.
'Foreign-Focused Branch' is operated as a customized space for foreign customers, combining a branch where face-to-face consultations are possible with a 'Digital Lounge' based on video consultations. Through the Digital Lounge, not only basic tasks such as account opening and re-registration can be carried out, but also professional consultations, greatly enhancing customer convenience.
In particular, it provides multilingual interpretation services for foreign customers, enabling smooth financial consultations. It is open on weekdays and weekends (Saturday and Sunday) to increase customer accessibility. The operating hours are △Weekdays from 9 AM to 4 PM △Sundays from 10 AM to 4 PM for the branch, and △Weekdays from 9 AM to 9 PM △Saturdays from 9 AM to 5 PM for the Digital Lounge.
Shinhan Bank is continuously expanding its online and offline channels to improve financial accessibility for foreign customers. In addition to the Foreign-Focused Branch, it is considering the usage environment of foreign customers by operating Dongdaemun Branch, Suwon Station Branch, and Onyang Financial Center as customized Sunday branches for foreign customers.
