Samsung Card Wins Best of the Best at Red Dot Design Award for the First Time in the Industry

[Financial News] Samsung Card announced on the 19th that its 'Eco Package' won the Best of the Best in the Brand Communication category at the 'Red Dot Design Award 2025'.
The Best of the Best at the 'Red Dot Design Award', one of the world's top three design competitions, is the highest grade award given only to a few among all winners each year. It is the first time a domestic card company has won the Best of the Best. Additionally, Samsung Card's Eco Package continued its honor of consecutive wins following its main award at the 'International Forum (iF) Design Award 2025'.
The Eco Package is made using eco-friendly materials and production methods. It is made by recycling discarded paper resources such as product guides and terms provided during card issuance, and general waste paper. It also implements an eco-friendly package made solely of paper by not using adhesives, printing, or coating. It is designed to securely store card-related items without adhesives, and expresses three-dimensional text and images without printing or coating by applying pressure to the paper surface.
A Samsung Card representative said, "The design, which considers the environment, was recognized and allowed us to win the Best of the Best at the Red Dot Award for the first time in the industry," and added, "We will continue to expand designs that consider environmental and social impacts."
