Based on its own solution 'Hunel'... Promoting integrated management of working hours and salaries
[Financial News] Human Consulting Group (HCG) announced on the 19th that it has won the HR system reconstruction project for KTis, a customer service specialist company of the KT Group, and will actively promote the project based on its own e-HR solution 'Hunel'.
HCG successfully built the KTis HR system in 2009 as well. This cooperation is explained as the second partnership based on high satisfaction and technical trust.
KTis operates a specialized personnel system across various regions and working forms centered on nationwide customer centers. Due to the different working hours and salary systems according to the characteristics of each center's consulting work, there has been a need for an integrated system that can manage them efficiently and stably.
This reconstruction project aims to integrate the operation of working hours and salary management, improve productivity through work automation, and enhance stability and reliability by reflecting the latest security standards. HCG plans to upgrade KTis's HR environment through a design that can accommodate various working forms and personnel operation methods.
Hunel is an integrated platform that supports the entire personnel process from recruitment to evaluation, compensation, and organization management. It features an automation foundation that can stably process large-scale personnel data, customized design capabilities, and data visualization functions. It has also obtained domestic and international security certifications such as the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and ISO/IEC 27001. It has proven its security through verification procedures such as secure coding checks and simulated hacking.
HCG evaluated this contract as a result of a consulting-based approach that goes beyond simple system construction to accurately understand the client's operating environment and produce practical improvement effects, and a post-management system that takes responsibility for maintenance and operation after the project.
Kim Young-man, HCG Hunel COO, said, “This project will be an example of how Hunel's flexibility and stability can effectively operate even in a customer center-centered personnel operation environment,” adding, “We will continue to advance technology so that organizations with various environments and needs can establish the optimal HR system through Hunel.”
