[Financial News] A fire broke out in an apartment in Ssangmun-dong, Dobong-gu, Seoul, causing a commotion as residents evacuated.
According to the police and fire department on the 19th, a fire broke out on the 11th floor of a 15-story apartment in Ssangmun-dong at around 11:10 PM the previous day and was extinguished in about an hour.
As a result of this fire, about 170 residents evacuated, and although no residents were injured, one firefighter who was dispatched to the scene injured his ankle.
The fire authorities completely extinguished the fire at around 12:13 AM on the 19th and are investigating the exact cause of the fire.
