During the summons investigation on this day, the special prosecutor team investigated the 'Myung Tae-kyun Nomination Involvement Allegation' and the 'Deutsche Motors Stock Manipulation Allegation,' but Ms. Kim exercised her right to remain silent. Ms. Kim is facing a total of 16 charges, including the 'Deutsche Motors Stock Manipulation Allegation.' On the 12th, Ms. Kim was arrested for violating the Capital Markets Act (Deutsche Motors Stock Manipulation Allegation) and the Political Funds Act (Myung Tae-kyun Nomination Involvement Allegation), and for receiving bribes under the Special Act (Geonjin Monk Bribery Allegation), becoming the first former First Lady to be investigated under arrest.
