[Financial News] Seoul Housing and Communities Corporation (SH) is recruiting long-term lease tenants for newly occupied apartments such as 'Cheongdam Le El'.
SH announced on the 18th that it will receive applications for 293 units of the 48th long-term lease housing from the 26th. Priority 1 can apply on the 26th and 27th, Priority 2 on the 28th, and Priority 3 on the 29th. Document screening candidates will be announced on September 22, and winners will be announced on February 6, 2026, with move-in scheduled for March of the same year.
The complexes supplied this time are located in four districts: 'Cheongdam Le El' in Gangnam-gu, 'The Sharp Gangdong Central City', 'e-Pyunhansesang Gangdong Prestige One' in Gangdong-gu, 'Hillstate Jangseungbaegi Station' in Dongjak-gu, and 'Jamsil Raemian I-Park' in Songpa-gu, totaling five complexes.
Medium and small-sized units with exclusive areas of 49~84㎡ are mainly supplied, and the lease deposit ranges from a minimum of 332.28 million won to a maximum of 772.98 million won.
Applicants must be adult non-homeowner household members residing in Seoul as of the recruitment announcement date, meeting the income criteria (105% to 150% of the average monthly income of urban workers) and total asset criteria (less than 640 million won) and automobile criteria (less than 38.03 million won) for the housing area applied. Income and asset criteria are relaxed according to the number of children.
Seniors, disabled persons, caregivers of elderly parents, households with two or more children, and national merit holders are prioritized supply candidates, and if they fail in the priority supply, they have another chance to apply for general supply.
