Ceragem, Operating 'Wellness Room' with Korean Air at Incheon International Airport

[Financial News] Ceragem has collaborated with Korean Air to create a relaxation space 'Wellness Room' in the lounge of Terminal 2 at Incheon International Airport.
According to Ceragem on the 18th, this collaboration was carried out to add a new customer experience to the lounge, which is being completely renewed in line with the integration launch of Korean Air and Asiana Airlines, and to provide travelers with rest and a differentiated healthcare experience.
Previously, in March 2023, Ceragem installed 37 healthcare products such as 'Master V6' and 'Pause M2' in three places including the first-class lounge, Mile Club, and Prestige Lounge at Korean Air's Incheon International Airport lounge. This time, they participated in the Incheon International Airport lounge renewal project at the request of Korean Air.
The Incheon International Airport Wellness Room is designed as an experience space where one healthcare product is placed in each space, allowing users to fully experience the product's functions without external interference. Initially, 19 units including 'Master V7' and 'Pause M8' were installed in the Mile Club and Prestige East Lounge as the first phase.
Additionally, 13 more units will be installed in the first-class lounge and Prestige West Lounge, which are scheduled to open in April 2026, allowing a total of 32 healthcare products to be experienced.
The 'Master V Collection' installed in the Wellness Room by Ceragem proposes solutions tailored to individual spinal health conditions, lifestyle, and space environment based on a diverse lineup of spinal care medical devices. In particular, the Master V7 offers precise spinal massage functions along with neck and shoulder close-contact massage and leg massage. The Master V9 provides three-dimensional rotational massage from the neck to the pelvis and also has a reclining function.
The massage chair 'Pause M Collection' offers a delicate massage and full-body heating experience with its patented direct heating thermal ball. The small-sized Pause M6 is noted for its freedom of limb movement, making it suitable for nursing chairs, while the Pause M10, incorporating a pro dual engine, is gaining attention as a filial piety item.
