[Financial News] Global household goods company Lock&Lock has embarked on supporting descendants of independence patriots and veterans organizations on the 80th anniversary of liberation.
Lock&Lock announced on the 18th that it supported products for the '80th Anniversary of Liberation Event' held at the Veterans Hall in Jung-gu, Seoul, on the 14th. The event was organized by the Jung-gu Office in Seoul, and more than 100 people, including descendants of independence patriots and veterans organization members, attended to honor the sacrifice and dedication of the national heroes. Lock&Lock expressed gratitude by donating food storage containers such as Bisfree and delivering them to attendees and organizations.
Park Sun-young, CSR Manager at Lock&Lock, said, "We are grateful to the independence patriots and related personnel who dedicated themselves to the country's independence and freedom," adding, "It is meaningful to be part of the event commemorating the 80th anniversary of liberation. We will continue to actively expand community sharing activities in cooperation with the Jung-gu Office."
In March, Lock&Lock also signed a business agreement with the Jung-gu Office and the Milal Welfare Foundation to support single-parent families and promote a culture of sharing, as part of the social contribution program 'Courage with Lock&Lock.' This support was also conducted as part of the program. Lock&Lock continues to support vulnerable groups not only domestically but also overseas in countries such as China, Vietnam, and Indonesia.
