[Financial News] Yuhan-Kimberly announced on the 18th that sales of Kleenex's Humidifying Mask products from January to July grew more than double compared to the previous year. 
Kleenex Humidifying Mask is a travel essential that helps alleviate dryness of the nose and throat in dry in-flight conditions. According to Yuhan-Kimberly, driven by overseas travel demand, last year's annual sales of this product increased approximately 5.7 times compared to 2023.
The growth trend continues this year. The cumulative sales from January to July exceed twice that of the same period last year. Compared to 2023, it is about 13 times. Yuhan-Kimberly, capitalizing on the popularity, recently introduced a more compact version of the Humidifying Mask for medium-sized product users.
In-flight dryness is considered a typical challenge during flights. The actual in-flight humidity is known to be around 10-20%, similar to desert conditions.
The steam effect of the Kleenex Humidifying Mask comes from the humidifying pad. It involves inserting wet pads into the left and right pockets inside the mask after soaking the included pad with potable water in the provided zip bag. The humidifying pad supplies moisture with every breath, helping to maintain humidity even in dry environments. It is also highly preferred during dry winter seasons, aside from the summer vacation period.
