[Financial News] The Venture Business Association announced on the 13th that it has been selected as the operating organization for the '2025 Second Half Future Tomorrow Work Experience (Intern Type) Support Project' hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor, and is recruiting participating companies and youth.
The Future Tomorrow Work Experience (Intern Type) is a project that provides customized practical experience for 12 weeks to unemployed youth aged 15 to 34. Youth can receive up to 4.2 million won in support, while companies receive a mentor allowance of 450,000 won and a company support fund of 600,000 won. Through this, companies can reduce the time and cost of the hiring process and discover talent, while youth can enhance their practical skills to increase their employment competitiveness.
The Venture Business Association plans to provide work experience opportunities to about 50 youths in the second half through this project. Eligibility for participation includes companies with more than 10 employees insured under employment insurance, public institutions, local public enterprises, non-profit organizations, and non-profit corporations. However, even companies with fewer than 10 employees can participate if they are venture companies, Mainbiz/Inobiz certified companies, or social enterprises.
An association representative said, "We hope this project will create a virtuous cycle where the passion of youth drives corporate growth, and corporate innovation returns as opportunities for youth," and added, "We will actively support the substantial growth of youth."
Detailed information about the project and how to apply can be found on the Venture Business Association website starting from the 18th.
