[Financial News] MakeShop, operated by ConnectWave, announced on the 13th that it has launched a free plan for the O2O integrated inventory management solution 'Selfia', which can be used without any functional limitations.
Selfia is an online-offline integrated inventory and membership linkage solution that provides all services such as product, order, inventory, and delivery necessary for expanding offline stores, from multi-channel management of online shopping malls.
This free plan was prepared to support the growth of small sellers who are considering expanding their sales channels but are experiencing difficulties due to cost issues. It is characterized by being available to anyone regardless of business size.
In particular, if most inventory management programs had functional and user number restrictions or high entry barriers due to paid linkage with platforms, Selfia can be used for free without any restrictions. Major services include △Sales channel product and order linkage △Barcode inspection and shipment △Courier automatic invoice printing and return linkage △Online-offline integrated inventory management △Courier packaging machine linkage.
The related services are linked with over 150 places, including Coupang and Naver Smart Store, as well as their own malls and open markets, to support sellers in easily diversifying their sales channels.
If a seller who has entered multiple open markets through their own mall uses Selfia, they can manage order details and inventory sold in each market in one place. Furthermore, if the seller operates both online and offline, they can manage the POS system and inventory with a mobile phone, tablet, or laptop without a separate terminal.
Additionally, if a seller operating only offline stores or Smart Store and Coupang wants to build their own mall, MakeShop provides free support from building a shopping mall through MakeShop to integrated management of domestic and international open markets with services like PlayAuto.
Moreover, MakeShop plans to gradually make free the development of technologies such as AI-based demand forecasting, automatic price adjustment, and settlement integration in the Selfia solution, in line with smart store trends.
A ConnectWave representative said, "Through the Selfia free plan, we will help increase sales by resolving the technology gap for small sellers and providing an easy entry environment," adding, "We will continue to offer various shopping mall 'API' linkages and automation functions for free."
Meanwhile, the Selfia solution can be used on the web without separate installation after membership registration.
