[Financial News] It was found that 8 out of 10 office workers feel that there is an 'office villain' in their company. In particular, the perception rate was highest among employees of large corporations, and the 'power harassment and verbal abuse' type ranked first among villain types.
On the 13th, Incruit surveyed 651 office workers on the topic 'Is there an office villain in your company?', and 80.6% of the total respondents answered 'Yes'.
By company size, △large corporations (87.3%) were the highest, followed by △mid-sized companies (81.6%), △small companies (80.0%), and △public corporations and institutions (77.8%).
The positions of villains (multiple responses) were most frequently 'direct or other department bosses' at 50.3%, followed by 'colleagues or juniors' (39.4%), 'executives' (27.2%), and 'CEO or president' (19.8%).
The most disliked villain type was 'power harassment and verbal abuse' at 30.5%, followed by 'salary thief type' (18.9%), 'hypocrite type' (15.2%), and 'my work is your work type' (11.0%).
When asked if villains are aware of their rude behavior, 59.0% answered 'No'. Only 12.4% of respondents considered themselves office villains.
Meanwhile, this survey was conducted online from August 6 to 10. The margin of error is ±3.61% at a 95% confidence level.
