On the 13th, according to legal circles, Ms. Kim was assigned a detention number after undergoing a physical examination and identity verification upon arrival at the detention center. This was followed by measurements of her height and weight, the deposit of personal belongings, and changing into a khaki-colored pre-trial detainee uniform, after which a mugshot with her detention number was taken. Correctional authorities assigned her to a solitary cell, considering security and psychological stability.

The solitary cell is approximately 2~3 pyeong in size and includes basic facilities such as a storage shelf, a folding table, a TV, and a toilet. There is no bed, so she must sleep on a blanket on the floor, and if assigned a larger room, a sink may be added. Bathing and exercise will be conducted in communal facilities, with schedules adjusted to avoid overlap with other detainees.

Ms. Kim's first breakfast consisted of bread, strawberry jam, milk, frankfurter sausage, and a vegetable salad. The diet and daily routine are entirely subject to the regulations of the correctional authorities. With her detention, the Presidential Security Service's protection and security support have been completely halted. Under the law concerning the treatment of former presidents, security can be provided for a 'necessary period,' but it is invariably suspended once custody is transferred to the correctional authorities upon execution of the arrest.

Detained as a result of the investigation by Special Prosecutor Min Joong-gi's team, Ms. Kim will undergo further investigation within the detention center. Correctional authorities will support external movements and accompany investigations according to the investigation schedule, applying the same security procedures as for ordinary detainees.
