3rd New Towns Goyang Changneung, Hanam Gyosan, Bucheon Daejang Winning Lines Also Revealed
[Financial News] Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) announced on the 12th that it will fully disclose for the first time the upper and lower limits of the 'subscription savings payment recognition amount' for general supply winners of public sales.
This measure is to enhance the fairness and transparency of the public sale subscription system by opening up subscription savings winning line information that was previously undisclosed by both private and public sectors. LH explained that prospective subscribers can assess their winning potential based on the disclosed data and formulate more realistic subscription strategies.
LH plans to disclose the upper and lower limits of the subscription account payment recognition amount for public sale complexes where competition occurs in general supply, in line with the announcement of winners. The first application case is the Namyangju Wangsuk A-1 block, scheduled to be announced on the 21st. Additionally, the winning lines (including reserves) for the general supply of public sales in the first half of this year for the three districts of the 3rd New Towns, including Goyang Changneung, Hanam Gyosan, and Bucheon Daejang, will also be disclosed.
However, special supplies are excluded from disclosure as winners are selected by a scoring system and tie-breaking draw, making the use of payment recognition amount information less relevant. Subscription winning line information for each complex can be found in the 'LH Subscription Plus' notices.
Jung Soo-hyun, LH Sales Planning Director, said, “In the metropolitan area, the subscription savings payment recognition amount required for winning is relatively high, so maintaining the subscription account and continuing payments increases the chances of winning,” and “We will do our best to further enhance public trust and satisfaction with the public sale system.”
