Daehan Land Trust, Participates as Preliminary Trustee in Daejeon 'Yucheon-dong 1 District' Redevelopment

[Financial News] Daehan Land Trust announced on the 11th that it is taking full-fledged steps to be selected as the preliminary trustee for the redevelopment project of 'Yucheon-dong 1 District' in Jung-gu, Daejeon.
Yucheon-dong 1 District is a project to build apartments with a maximum of 35 floors and 1,550 households by applying a floor area ratio of 253% on a site of approximately 96,440㎡. The designation notice for the maintenance area was completed last February. Daehan Land Trust plans to soon apply for the designation of the project implementer after completing the collection of consent forms for the designation.
A company representative said, "Based on the rich experience and expertise accumulated in trust-based maintenance projects, we plan to quickly and systematically promote follow-up procedures such as licensing, construction company selection, and sales management."
Meanwhile, Daehan Land Trust is actively carrying out trust-based maintenance projects in major areas such as the redevelopment of housing in Sungin-dong, Jongno-gu, the reconstruction of Sanggye Jugong 11 Complex in Nowon, the redevelopment of Sipjeong 5 District in Incheon, and the reconstruction of Suji Hansung Apartment in Yongin, including the Seoul metropolitan area and Daejeon.
