"Customized Ventilation with AI" Kumho Petrochemical Hugreen Expands 'Automatic Ventilation Window Pro' Installation

[Financial News] Kumho Petrochemical Hugreen announced on the 11th that it has expanded the installation of 'Automatic Ventilation Window Pro' centered on new large apartment complexes in Seoul.
The Automatic Ventilation Window Pro is a window that helps with customized ventilation automatically using artificial intelligence (AI). The AI smart sensor comprehensively analyzes indoor air and maintains a clean indoor environment by ventilating without opening the window when necessary. Through a triple filter, only air that has removed outdoor pollutants such as △ultrafine dust △bacteria △viruses is introduced indoors. It also features a glass railing design to minimize visual obstructions and enhance openness.
Hugreen applied the Automatic Ventilation Window Pro and glass railings to the living room balconies of over half of the 1,381 units in a large apartment complex with 1,806 units in Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul. This complex is a new apartment complex where occupancy began on June 30th. The Automatic Ventilation Window Pro is also planned to be installed in the riverside station brand apartment complex, where occupancy will begin in January 2026.
Huh Kwon-wook, head of Kumho Petrochemical's construction materials division, said, "We plan to focus on the high-end residential complex market through premium windows."
