Kibo Expands M&A Partners to 15

[Financial News] Kibo Technology Guarantee Fund has expanded private brokerage institutions to promote mergers and acquisitions (M&A) of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and venture companies.
Kibo announced on the 11th that it has additionally selected 'M&A Partners' to strengthen support for SMEs and venture companies' M&A and to enhance the foundation for public-private cooperation.
M&A Partners is a private professional institution that establishes a joint brokerage cooperation system with Kibo and provides customized brokerage services through a public-private cooperation M&A platform.
In June, Kibo evaluated the M&A brokerage performance, capabilities, and execution suitability of institutions that applied through a public offering and selected five final institutions. As a result, Kibo's cooperative M&A partners increased from 10 to 15.
Kibo supports the entire process from demand discovery to consulting, brokerage, and financing through the M&A platform. This expansion of partners aims to strengthen the public-private joint brokerage network to help SMEs and venture companies pursue M&A more effectively.
Lee Sang-chang, director of Kibo, said, "Through this expansion of M&A partners, we hope that more SMEs and venture companies can utilize the expertise and field know-how of the private sector," adding, "We will continue to broaden cooperation with private professional institutions and actively support field-oriented assistance to achieve substantial M&A results."
Meanwhile, SMEs wishing to receive M&A brokerage support can apply through the 'M&A Transaction Information Network' within Kibo's 'Smart Tech Bridge', and detailed information can be obtained from the Kibo M&A Support Center.
