Korea University of Technology and Education Delegation in Germany... "Training Practical Global Employment Service Talents"

Since the 2nd, the delegation from Korea University of Technology and Education visiting the German Employment Service University and its facilities is taking a commemorative photo with local officials. Provided by Korea University of Technology and Education
[Financial News] Korea University of Technology and Education announced on the 7th that its students visited Germany's specialized employment service training institutions during the study tour schedule, which continues until the 10th.
 Professor Geum Changmin of the Employment Service Policy Department and 9 students from the Graduate School of Technological Workforce Development and undergraduate program formed this delegation. Starting with a visit to HdBA on the 4th, they explored Mannheim Employment Agency, a representative employment service institution in Germany, and a private company (ad laborem) on the 5th.
 During the remaining schedule, they plan to visit a total of 5 institutions, including Neustadt Employment Counseling Center and Offenbach Municipal Employment Center.
 This exploration was carried out following the business agreement signed between Korea University of Technology and Education and HdBA in 2022.
Prior to this, Germany's HdBA and Korea University of Technology and Education alternately visited Korea and Germany in 2023 and 2024.
 Through this training, Korea University of Technology and Education expects effects such as △ understanding of the German employment service system △ expansion of international cooperation base △ strengthening of career planning and global capabilities of participating students.
 Professor Jedrzejczyk of HdBA said, “The close relationship between Korea University of Technology and Education and HdBA has continued for three years,” and “the lively exchanges and discussions among students from both universities during this visit were impressive, and we are pleased to be able to continue this relationship.”
 President Yu Gilsang of Korea University of Technology and Education stated, “This training is a meaningful exploration that realizes the educational philosophy of Korea University of Technology and Education, which nurtures practical talents, on the international stage,” and “I hope that students who experienced Germany's advanced employment service cases will grow into employment service experts leading the innovation of Korea's employment policy in the future.”
 Korea University of Technology and Education plans to operate an industry-centered curriculum focusing on the Employment Service Policy Department. By adding international field experience, it actively supports students to acquire expertise that encompasses both theory and practice.
