First Private Park Special Project Apartment in Western Busan
This place is expected to attract a lot of attention as it is supplied as the first private park special project in western Busan. It will be constructed with 10 buildings, from 5 basement floors to 25 above-ground floors, with a total of 852 households, and all households are characterized by a preferred exclusive area of 84㎡ for real demanders.
The number of households by type is △84㎡A 552 households △84㎡B 143 households △84㎡C 135 households △84㎡T 22 households. In particular, the exclusive area of 84㎡T applies an open terrace specialized design, allowing for a wide view and closer enjoyment of the nature of Sasang Park.
Sasang Park, located right next to the complex, has a site area of 623,118㎡. This is equivalent to about 90 soccer fields and will be composed of three themes: 'Landscape Nuri' for communicating with nature, 'Vitality Nuri' for natural regeneration space, and 'Rainbow Nuri' for natural cultural space.
A forest experience education center, a pet playground, and a walking trail are confirmed to be created here, and with large-scale funds invested by Busan City and the private sector, the creation plan is being actively pursued. In this way, Sasang Park is being created as a complex space that combines culture, rest, and experience beyond a simple green space, providing residents with a differentiated living experience.
The location is also good. 'The Park Vista Dongwon' has a Baesanimsu-type location with Baegyang Mountain behind it and Nakdong River in front. Busan Line 2 Gamjeon Station is within walking distance, and Sasang Station, which allows the use of Busan Line 2, Busan-Gimhae Light Rail, and Gyeongbu Line, as well as Busan West Bus Terminal and Gimhae International Airport, are nearby.
Around the complex, the development of the Bucheon-Masan double-track railway (planned), Sasang-Haeundae underground highway (planned), Sasang-Hadan urban railway (planned), Bukbusan Tax Office-Baegyang-ro road (planned), Eomgung Bridge (planned), and Daejeo Bridge (planned) is actively underway, and the transportation environment is expected to improve further in the future.
The 'Gwaenae Village-Sasang Park Pedestrian Environment Improvement Project', which Busan City started in January this year, is also noteworthy. This project, scheduled for completion in 2026, is expected to greatly improve accessibility from the complex to Sasang Station, Busan West Bus Terminal, and the Bucheon-Masan double-track railway (planned) by installing an aerial walkway, dedicated overpass, and elevator.
For the educational environment, Gamjeon Elementary School and Jugam Middle School are located nearby. Additionally, within a 2km radius, there are various living convenience facilities such as Homeplus, E-Mart, Megabox in the Sasang Station commercial area, Sasang District Office, Busan Veterans Hospital, and Good Samseon Hospital. Benefits are also expected from the nearby 'Sasang Dream Smart City' development project.
Dongwon Development, which boasts the No. 1 construction capability evaluation in Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam in 2025, is in charge of construction, raising further expectations. Since its founding in 1975, Dongwon Development has supplied over 86,000 households nationwide as a first-class comprehensive construction company. It is evaluated to have business stability as it receives excellent credit ratings of AAA or higher from various credit and financial institutions due to its excellent management performance and low debt ratio.
The model house is located in Deokcheon-dong, Buk-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, and is scheduled to open in September. Move-in is scheduled for October 2028.
