Hyundai Construction, Gwacheon 'The H Adelstar' August Sale.. First Application of The H Brand

[Financial News] Hyundai Construction announced on the 5th that it will sell 'The H Adelstar', the first complex to apply the high-end residential brand 'The H', in the area of Jooamjanggun Village, Gwacheon, Gyeonggi-do this month.
The complex, located in the area of 63-9 Jooam-dong, Gwacheon, will be built with 9 buildings, up to 31 floors above ground and 3 floors underground, with a total of 880 units ranging from 39 to 145㎡. Among them, 348 units of 59, 75, and 84㎡ are available for general sale.
The H Adelstar is the first The H brand complex introduced in Gwacheon. It is located adjacent to the Seocho living area, offering excellent access to Gangnam, and is expected to have high residential value due to various development benefits.
The complex will feature a sky bridge approximately 100m high offering panoramic views of Seoul, a luxurious curtain wall look exterior, and south-facing building arrangements. The interiors will include various specialized spaces by type to enhance convenience for real demanders.
The community facilities include a 'Sky Lounge', 'Sky Guesthouse', indoor gymnasium, running track, golf practice range, and sauna. It also includes a resident cafe 'The H Lounge', indoor playground 'H Forest', and private cinema & party room.
The location conditions are excellent. Although Janggun Village is administratively part of Gwacheon, it can enjoy Seocho living area infrastructure such as Yangjaecheon, Maeheon Citizen's Forest, and Seocho Culture and Arts Park. It is also close to Shinbundang Line Yangjae Citizen's Forest Station, Yangjae IC, and Gangnam Circular Urban Expressway, providing excellent access to Gangnam.

A Hyundai Construction official said, "Although the address is Gwacheon, the practical use of infrastructure is centered on the Seocho living area, making the location premium distinct," and "As The H brand is applied, it will provide a completely different class of residential environment."
'The H Adelstar' model house is scheduled to open in mid-August in the area of 226 Yangjae-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul, and the move-in is scheduled for September 2028.
