Daewoo E&C, Industry's First Complex 'Premium Golf Practice Range' Established... Applied to Gaepo Woosung 7th

[Financial News] Daewoo E&C is the first in the industry to establish a premium golf practice range within the complex.
Daewoo E&C announced on the 5th that it has signed a business agreement (MOU) with Brotin, a company specializing in golf putting simulators, to introduce a premium golf practice range, including 'Tour Putt', in major complexes.
The premium golf practice range to be introduced this time consists of a putting green with the latest technology from Tour Putt, as well as an indoor total golf training zone where approach or bunker shots are possible. Residents can practice golf with an immersive feeling as if they were on the field, regardless of the weather and time.
In addition, a putting-specific simulator 'Tour Putt Circle' based on high-precision sensors will also be introduced. This system collects and analyzes the user's putting data to quantify putting tendencies such as distance, direction, and breaking line, and provides quantitative feedback.
A company official said, "The introduction of Tour Putt is a premium community strategy that elevates the leisure level of residents to a new level, and at the same time, it will act as a factor in securing differentiated competitiveness in future major complex bidding wars," and "By adding a technology-converged community space to the high-class lifestyle pursued by the Summit brand, we will continue to expand differentiated residential experiences."
Meanwhile, Daewoo E&C plans to showcase a premium golf practice range, including a putting zone and bunker zone in collaboration with Tour Putt, in the Gaepo Woosung 7th reconstruction project, which is currently being pursued.
