[Financial News] Liner announced on the 5th that it will operate a special scholarship program for participating researchers in relation to 'Agents4Science 2025', the world's first AI author-centered academic event.
Agents4Science 2025 is an international conference hosted by Stanford University, a research-oriented private comprehensive university in California, USA, where AI participates as the first author and peer reviewer of scientific papers. It aims for AI to perform central tasks in scientific research.
Liner, based on the philosophy that 'anyone can research with AI as a colleague', provides its highest-grade AI agent 'Liner Max' plan for free to researchers challenging the conference. Through this, participants can perform the entire process of paper writing, such as hypothesis refinement, literature search, citation writing, and peer review response, with the help of AI, allowing them to focus more energy on actual research.
In addition, Liner plans to support a scholarship of 10 million won for research teams whose papers are submitted and accepted at Agents4Science 2025. If an individual's paper is accepted, they can receive a scholarship of 10 million won per person. This is to help those conducting creative and meaningful research achieve greater results through AI technology, reflecting Liner's global AI initiative that embodies the value of 'Vibe Research' (conducting research with the help of generative AI without designing rigorous logic in advance).
Researchers wishing to participate in Agents4Science 2025 can submit their applications by the 17th through the QR code at the bottom of Liner's scholarship program poster or the official company site. The application should include a name, affiliation, motivation for participation, and a brief description of the research topic, and Liner will select the final support targets based on the submitted content. The selected researchers will be provided with the highest specification AI research agent 'Liner Max' plan free of charge until the paper review result announcement date on October 22. Through this, participants can receive AI-based research support throughout the entire process from planning, writing, citation, to review response of the paper.
Jinwoo Kim, CEO of Liner, said, "This program, planned for the purpose of the Vibe Research campaign, will be an opportunity to directly prove a new research paradigm using AI on the global stage," and "Liner will take the lead in advancing technology so that AI can play a practical role as a researcher's colleague and create an environment where anyone can challenge intellectual exploration."
