Samsung C&T Applies Specialized Lighting 'ÉCLAT LUMIONE' to Gaepo Woosung 7th Complex

[Financial News] Samsung C&T's construction division announced on the 5th that it will apply landscape specialized lighting that artistically reinterprets the flow of light to the exterior of the Gaepo Woosung 7th complex. Through the three-dimensional night landscape completed with light, they plan to elevate the value of the complex to a landmark that overwhelms the surroundings.
This specialized lighting design is emerging as a key element that adds prestige to not only the daily lives of residents but also the entire urban landscape. It is also used as a strategy to maximize the premium image of the complex.
Samsung C&T combined 'ÉCLAT', which means to shine in French, with the new complex name 'LUMIONE' to apply 'ÉCLAT LUMIONE' as the design name.
The landscape specialized lighting 'ÉCLAT LUMIONE' considers the flow of light spreading to 10 residential buildings centered around the central plaza within the complex and assigns themes that blend with the surrounding environment, consisting of a total of 8 concepts.
The core of the specialized lighting is the 'Rising Lumi Stream', which embodies the flow of light soaring towards the sky. The light flowing smoothly along the facade of the main residential building in the central part of the complex creates a landscape that seems naturally connected to the ridge of Daemo Mountain, expressing the silhouette of the building more three-dimensionally.
At the top of this light is the 'Duo Sky Light'. The specialized lighting unfolding above the sky community will further elevate the presence of the complex by artistically harmonizing the city's night view with the forms of light and shadow.
The 'Omni Lighting' on the outer line gives the feeling of softly and clearly wrapping the entire complex as one. The gates installed in four directions—east, west, south, and north—also emphasize light so that residents can feel pride every time they pass through the complex.
Additionally, a private garden shining in the night view will be created with specialized lighting such as 'Shining Courtyard' spreading softly under the trees and 'Shining Dome' brightly illuminating the atrium ceiling.
Moreover, considering the layout and facade of the complex, various specialized lighting applications such as 'Crest Lumi Line', 'Noblesse Uplight', and 'Shining Lighting Box' will enhance differentiation so that the 10 residential buildings can have different characteristics and symbolism.
