Exclusive Live Broadcast in 17 Countries with High-Quality Streaming Technology
[Financial News] Samsung Electronics announced on the 4th that it will exclusively live broadcast the world-famous pop band Jonas Brothers' 20th anniversary concert tour through Samsung TV Plus on the 11th.
Samsung Electronics will conduct this live broadcast in 17 countries around the world, including Korea, the United States, and France, to strengthen its competitiveness in music content in the global live streaming market and solidify Samsung TV Plus's leadership in the global FAST (Free Ad-supported Streaming TV) platform.
The Jonas Brothers, a global pop group consisting of Nick, Joe, and Kevin, have sold over 20 million albums and have topped the Billboard charts.
Through this live broadcast, Samsung Electronics supports the Jonas Brothers, celebrating their 20th anniversary, and their global fans to have a special interaction that transcends the limitations of space.
Samsung Electronics will live broadcast a total of 5 performances of the Jonas Brothers' tour through Samsung TV Plus, starting with the performance at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey, USA, on the 11th, followed by △September 1 in Texas △October 13 in Wisconsin △October 27 in Florida △November 10 in New York.
Samsung Electronics plans to provide fans with a vivid viewing experience as if they are watching the performance live through high-quality streaming technology.
