A woman in her 50s accused of attempting to murder by severing her husband's vital body part is entering the Incheon District Court for a pre-arrest interrogation (warrant review) on the 2nd. 2025.8.2




[Financial News]  A woman in her 50s who cut her husband's vital body part with a weapon at a cafe in Ganghwa-do, Incheon, and her son-in-law who participated in the crime have been arrested by the police.
According to the police on the 3rd, the Incheon Ganghwa Police Station arrested Ms. A (57, female) on charges of attempted murder, and her 30s son-in-law Mr. B on charges of attempted parricide.
Judge Park Sang-hoon of the Incheon District Court issued arrest warrants for Ms. A and Mr. B after conducting a pre-arrest interrogation (warrant review) in the afternoon, citing concerns about evidence destruction or flight risk.
Ms. A is accused of stabbing her 50s husband Mr. C multiple times in the face and arms and attempting to murder him by severing his vital body part with a weapon at a cafe in Ganghwa-gun, Incheon, around 1 a.m. the previous day.
Mr. B is accused of participating in Ms. A's attempted murder by binding Mr. C with tape at the time.
Mr. C was transported to the hospital by the 119 rescue team that responded to the report and underwent surgery, and it is reported that his life is not in danger.
Ms. A reportedly claimed during the police investigation that she committed the crime due to suspicions of her husband's infidelity.
Initially denying the charges, Mr. B reportedly admitted to some charges, stating that "Ms. A ordered the crime."
